This enables us to process firmer insulation materialssuch as rigid foams, polyurethane or Purenit as well as wood, PVC, Perspex, acrylic and aluminium in two- or three-dimensional shapes.

6 spindle milling machines

A wide variety of forms can be worked on lengthwise from all sides in a continuous feed process. These machines are specifically used for the manufacture of foam mouldings.

Multi-ply cutter

This equipment isprimarily used to machine novel insulation materials, so-called aerogels. Several layers of these insulation materials may be cut at a time to virtually any desired form.
